Thank you for asking this question.  A really easy but an interesting question to ask. Here are two examples that could help you.

1. One is a parachutist. As the parachutist falls down his speed increases till he reaches its terminal velocity and the speed does not change.

2. A rocket As a rocket is projected upwards it speeds keeps changing.
