Well, the hydrolysis is about the breakdown of compound in to it's subunits.
Similarly the hydrolysis of disaccharides  and plolysaccharides result in production of their basic saccharides from which they are made of

1) Maltose:  Maltose is a disaccharides and upon hydrolysis it gives 2 glucose molecules ( Maltose made of two glucose).

2) Lactose( Milk sugar) : Lactose is also a Disaccharide  which gives  one glucose and one galactose upon hydrolysis .

3) Starch : It;s a polysaccharide  , Complete hydrolysis in starch result in the production of glucose

Disaccharides yield two molecules of either the same or different monosaccharides on hydrolysis with dilute acids or enzymes.

The products obtained on hydrolysis of disaccharides are:

1. Sucrose is a disaccharide which gives an equimolar mixture of Glucapyranose and Fructofuranose.

2. Partial hydrolysis of Cellulose gives Cellobiose.

The products obtained on hydrolysis of polysaccharides are:

1. Enzymes break Glycogen down to Glucose.

2. Starch has two components Amylose and Amylopectin.
