Hey this is dragon....
Examples:-1.Sand and water solution.
2.Chalk and water solution.

Properties:
1.The particles can be seen with naked eyes.(size:10-100nm).
2.The particles settle down at bottom after some time due to gravity.
3.Residue left after filtering throught filter paper.

Examples of suspension that are frequently encountered include fog, milk of magnesia, muddy water, chalk and water, flour and water, and a mixture of dust and air.

Suspension:

  • A homogeneous mixture of particles that are visible to the human eye and have a diameter bigger than 1000 nm is referred to as a suspension.
  • All of the components in this kind of combination are thoroughly combined, and all of the particles are visible under a microscope.
  • A heterogeneous combination that contains solid particles large enough for sedimentation is called a suspension.

The following is a list of suspension's characteristics:

  1. A heterogeneous solution is referred to as a suspension if while standing, a number of the constituent particles disperse.
  2. The solvent particle volume in a suspension is quite large. It measures more than 100 mm in length.
  3. A suspension's molecules are simple to see.
  4. Particles in a suspension do not pass through filter paper. So a suspension can be separated using filtration.
  5. The suspension is unsteady. Particles in a suspension eventually settle after some time.
