According to law of conservation of mass, the mass cannot be altered by chemical change.

Explanation:

In a chemical reaction the overall mass of all the substances which are taking part in the reaction always remains the unchanged. The number of atoms in a reaction also remains the same. In a chemical reaction, mass can't be destroyed or created.  

The law of conservation of mass states that, the total mass of all the reactants is equal to the total mass of the products in a chemical reaction. If reactants have a greater temperature, they will react faster.
