Well, the hydrolysis is about the breakdown of compound in to it's subunits.
Similarly the hydrolysis of disaccharides  and plolysaccharides result in production of their basic saccharides from which they are made of

1) Maltose:  Maltose is a disaccharides and upon hydrolysis it gives 2 glucose molecules ( Maltose made of two glucose).

2) Lactose( Milk sugar) : Lactose is also a Disaccharide  which gives  one glucose and one galactose upon hydrolysis .

3) Starch : It;s a polysaccharide  , Complete hydrolysis in starch result in the production of glucose
