What is an example of a reflecting telescope?
The Keck II telescope in Mauna Kea, Hawaii, is an example of a reflecting telescope. Reflecting telescopes can be much bigger and more powerful than refracting telescopes, which only use lenses to collect light. English scientist Isaac Newton made the first working reflector telescope in 1668.
