TEND TO STOP MOTION:-
first example:- when when we apply force on a ball it starts rolling and come in motion but after sometime it stops and come in rest position because the floor on which the ball was rolling applied a friction force which causes the ball stop.

TENDS TO PRODUCE MOTION:-
second example :- when we beat a carpet with the help of a stick we will see that the dust particles present on the carpet start falling down this is because at starting they were in rest position but when we bitten the carpet that gradually came into motion enhance fallen down from the carpet so here by applying force we cause it to came in motion

TEND TO STOP MOTION:-
third example:- when we drive a car while driving the car the car is in motion but when we apply brakes the card came into rest . so here we applied break to stop motion of the car
