1. Boiling of water at high altitudes, since at high altitude pressure increases and thus original boiling point​ decreases. Therefore change of state occur without reaching original boiling point.

2. Spraying of Perfumes, the perfumes stored in can and bottles is liquid in the bottle but turns vapour when pressed out. This is due to nozzle effect and contact with atmosphere.
