If we talk about rectangle,
when the dimensions of sides are 6 and 3 units, then the perimeter becomes 6 + 3 + 6 + 3 = 18 and area becomes 6 x 3 = 18 sq. units.
and when the dimensions are 2 and 2 units, then the perimeter becomes 2 + 2 = 4 and area becomes 2 × 2 = 4 sq. units.
Both these examples shows equal area and perimeter.
