First of all, what is Archaebacteria?
Ans - Archaebacteria is a sub-division of the kingdom "Monera".
But, in the six kingdom system of biological classification, for the 1st time, Archaebacteria was given the status of a kingdom.
The two main features of Archaebacteria are as follows :-
- The cell wall of Archaebacteria is made up of "*Glycoprotien".
- The D.N.A of Archaebacteria contains "Introns" in it.

- The presence of "Introns" in the D.N.A. of Archaebacteria is a eukaryotic feature.

*Note :-
"Glycoprotien" is also known as "Pseudomurin".
