•frequent pregnancies leads to weakening of mother,which adversely effects the health of the mothers.
•frequents pregnancies effects both to the family and the country .frequents pregnancies increases population , it will even lead to large families which will need more resources.This will lead to immense economical pressure on the parents affecting the quality of life.

The contraception methods :-
•rhythm method -intercourse restricted to safe period when the egg is not available for fertilization.
•sheath - rubber sheath worm over penis before intercourse.it collects semen during ejaculation.
•diaphragm(cap)-rubber diaphragm placed over the cervix before intercourse.
•oral contraceptive (pills)-tablets which stops ovulation.
•spermicide-chemical substances injected in vagina before intercourse.it kills sperm.
