Explanation:

the Colonial rule did not emphasised on the production of wheat ,rice mining Horticulture sericulture etc and other primary sector economic activities

the industrial revolution had begin in England and they started producing finished goods but they did not have a market for their goods to be solved there they found India as a market for their finished goods and other materials supplier .

apart from these things the British government also did a lot of problems for the the platform of Agricultural production :- they destroyed the whole market share of the agriculturists horticulturist sericulturist it is because they bought the same amenities at lower cost thereby destroying the Indian economy and Indian industries and so the lower level of agriculture was low because agricultural today not satisfied with their occupation and their had low income
