some regions like plains have rich lanforms with favourable climatic conditions which helps farmers as well as industrialists to attain commercialisation.

while in hilly areas and rough terrains where undulating topography is generally found are not very good for upliftment of industrialisation...

therefore these are the two reasons for variations of degree of commercialisation.
