because both of them have different melting points..since iron has a greater melting point, it is a solid at room temp.

Water at room temperature is a liquid because:
(i) At room temperature, water has no shape but has a fixed volume i.e., it occupies the shape of the container in which it is kept.
(ii) At room temperature, water flows easily.
An iron almirah is a solid at room temperature because:
(i) It has a definite shape and volume like a solid at room temperature.
(ii) It is rigid as solid at room temperature.

there are 5 properties o matter but in the answer byjus have written only two properties from that 5 and u have also written the same and of iron almirah byju has written of rigid which not includes in property of matter and u have written the same
