Because the molecules of water has no more kinetic energy to overcome the force of attract ion and change in gas so water is liquid in room temp...

Because to change the state of liquid into gaseous state we need increased temperature and decreased pressure, but at room temperature any temperature or any pressure is not decreasing or increasing. And kinetic energy is also not increasing that's why water at room temperature is liquid.
