Many survivors of the Bhopal tragedy felt they have not got proper justice because:
Only few victims were adequately compensated, and many still fighting for their rights because they haven't met any fair judgment yet .
It was a biggest tragedy as 8,000 people died, and some 50,000 were rendered handicapped .Their disabilities rendered them as unearning hands.
The owners of the factory did not accepted the responsibility for the deaths and left India all of sudden.
The government has not paid any heed to their greviances etc.
