In any such interview the prime factor is whether or not you currently have a job. If you do, tell them where you work and in what capacity. This allows your interviewers to know more about your skills and capabilities. If you do not have a job it is always better that you do not lie.
You should try to process the question thinking about what the interviewer's concern may be. In other words why is the interviewer asking you this question.
There is no way you can predict the questions that will be asked. But it will be better if you are ready and prepared by thinking aboput the factors that may concern the interviewer.
