i) Ductility allows structures to bend and deform to some extent without rupturing. High ductility is critical in applications such as metal cables and structural beams. Gold, silver and platinum are ductile metals. So are most aluminium alloys.

ii).Gold and Silver metals are the most malleable metals. They can be hammered into very fine sheets. Thin aluminium foils are widely used for safe wrapping of medicines, chocolates and food material

iii).Sonorous metals can be used to make musical instruments like steel drums or metalophones.They are used in electrical cables, because they are malleable, ductile and good conductors of electricity
