Note: We should find the average.

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{- \frac{2}{5} -  \frac{1}{5}  }{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{- \frac{3}{5} }{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{-3}{2 * 5}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{-3}{10}

Now,

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{- \frac{2}{5}- \frac{3}{10}  }{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{- \frac{7}{10} }{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{-7}{20}

Now,

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{- \frac{1}{5} - \frac{3}{10}   }{2}

 = \ \textgreater \   \frac{- \frac{1}{2} }{2}

= \ \textgreater \   \frac{-1}{4}

Therefore the three rational numbers are -7/20, -3/10,-1/4.

Hope this helps!
