Give your opinion on how employment facilities could be generated for the villages in the rural areas.

employment facilities could be generated for the villages in the rural areas by -

a) small scale factories can be set up on the outskirts of the villages which can attract unemployed people

b) Loans should be provided to people in the rural areas with low rate of interest so that they can start their own business

c)Education facilities should be given so that people can get literate and can get jobs in towns or cities

d)Facilities such as Hospitals, shops, schools,banks and many more sch thongs should be set up i n such places so people in that area can join these facilities and can also provide these facilities to these people

e) government should give employment to rural people at the time where regualar attention is not neccesary for the crop

Rural areas are those areas which does not consist of facilities like in the cities. They are less developed and hence there are less employment opportunities. They are also known as villages.

Employment facilities can be enhances in such areas by taking the following measures;

• Introducing city offices in the villages.
• Opening up factories and supporting new businesses in the rural areas.
• Opening up franchises in the village.
• opening up schools and colleges which would provide opportunities to teachers and various other offers.
• The agricultural procedures could be made technologically advanced to provide better employment opportunities.
