I think Russia, because Russia has shown to the world in the year 2016 that it is back with bang on the world stage.

For being superpower, National Identity is very much necessary and Russians have it.

The other important thing is diplomacy, and Russians diplomats are best known in the world.

It ha second largest military power.

So, yes!! The Russia can come up as a super power as the competitor of the USA. ☺️☺️
