Answer: the answer to the given question is as follows:-
To have a imbalanced Ecology means to have a destroyed environment. Further this environment is destroyed by the human activities. So we should need to save that imbalanced Ecology/destroyed environment. It's the duty of the human beings.
Now here I would like to put the saying of our father of nation Mahatma Gandhi;
" There is enough for everybody's need but there is not enough for anybody's greed"
It means that Mahatma Gandhi had said, if anybody need anything then in the Earth there is sustainable amount of resource, but if he or she will misuse that resource then there is/are nothing in the earth to be used.
So, the very preventive measures for balancing the ecology/the environment can be noted as follows:-
Point number I:
To have a plan to conserve the resource and to use in according amounts. so, that the resource can be conserved and further the environment or the Ecology can be sustained.
Point number II:
To conserve the resource for the future and to use it in the perfect use; not to use it greedily.
Point number III:
Instead of using more amount of plastic products or any other artificial products, we should follow the use of the biodegradable products such as the paper bags, cloth bags and etc other biodegradable materials.
Point number IV:
We should always follow the 3R's to save the ecology or the environment.
Now the last, point;
Point number V:
In the last point I would like to say the answers that, we should not drain the waste materials from the factories thermal power stations and other small industries to the water storing place, river, lakes, Ponds and any other land places because it may harm the fertility of the soil as well as in the water it can create problem to the aquatic animals and can also cause death of the aquatic organisms which can further reduce the ecology and can harm the ecology.
