give your view on group discussion in a classroom and those in interviews.how are they different

In classrooms the level of knowledge is still developing while in interviews the knowledge is already developed. There is more competitive environment in interviews. Classroom group discussion are not so formal or purpose based. while in interviews purpose is more important and more formal.
