ghosts and spirits do not exist, though not all their sitings can be reported exactly as 'fake'. Some people report such fake siting to gain popularity, other sitings may be induced by locality to increase popularity of that region, making it a tourist attraction, but some people may see them due to hallucination caused by various reasons such as high mental stress, mental disorder, brain damage, certain phobias, etc. In the end, all i would like to say is that such supernatural incidents are real nowhere but in children's bed-time stories and movies.
