In todays world women have got an good positions but not everywhere...in some village still women lag many of the rights where they are not allowed to go outside from their house they are not allowed to work outside where is in cities most of the family is uneducated families so they will allow then to go outside and to work..

They have the equal rights as men...

If she is accepted then there is nothing which is impossible to her for example now a days in the banglore the newly started pink taxi idea shows that even the girls/women have every rights......because that pink taxi include the important reason

That though the womens are not getting secured in this society so.the taxi is drived by womens

By seeing others examples like

i) hotel management

ii) driving taxi

iii) pilot

iv) farming

v) business

vi) government working

vii) homemade items

viii) politics..

And some other....

So the girls have the equal podition as boys in this society but the way which has to be utilised by them.
