Explanation:

Universe is consisting of matter and energy. In reality everything in the universe is being forced to the rules of universe. Which means in theory, all science is valid and acceptable. Mass can be converted into energy (heat and light from explosions, heat from rubbing hands together etc.) also vice-versa (big bang, gamma ray bursts etc. Entropy of the universe always increases with time as it is unprovable but also a valid rule of the practical universe. Matter & energy involve with each other due to entropy (or to attain stability)

Ex: Water from a slope runs down to decrease it's gravitational potential energy.
