According to me :-
It is both necessary and essential to keep everything around us clean. This should not be restricted only to tourist spots. However, it is much more important to keep tourist attractions clean because they're a source of revenue generation for the country. The problem of unclean tourist places plagues the whole of India.
There are a lot of beautiful places to see in India but they're generally maintained shabbily. People who blame only the Government of not maintaining these spots are misinformed about the whole idea of cleanliness.
