Given - \sqrt{2} = 1.414 and \sqrt{6} = 2.449

First we find the value of \sqrt{3}

\sqrt{6} = 2.449

\sqrt{2} x \sqrt{3} = 2.449

1.414 x \sqrt{3} = 2.449

\sqrt{3} = \frac{2.449}{1.414}

\sqrt{3} = 1.731

Putting all the values in the expression

\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}-\sqrt{2}-1  }

= \frac{1}{1.731 - 1.414 - 1}

= \frac{1}{-0.683}

= -1.4641
