AB = √(0-3)^2+(y-1-1)^2

5= 9+ (y-2)^2

squaring both side

25= 13 +y^2 - 4y

25-13= y^2 -4y

12 = y^2 - 4y

0 = y^2 -4y -12

0 = y^2 -(6-2)y -12

0 = y^2 - 6y +2y -12

0 = y(y-6) +2(y-6)

0 = (y+2) (y-6)

y+2=0 , y-6 = 0

Either {y = -2} or {y = 6}
