An Agile team is a cross-functional group of people.

The team will have everyone, necessary to produce a working, test it and even deliver increment of product.

The three primary roles of agile team are :-

1) Scrum Master -  Plan iterations. He also gathers/analyzes the team’s stats and ensures the team is working effectively by removing bottlenecks and encouraging collaboration.

2) Product Owner - He will prioritize work. Also define acceptance criteria, approval of all delivered work, and participate in UAT. He collaborates with the business to ensure no requirement gap in software delivered.

3) Team Members - This  includes developers, testers, solution designer and architects, system administrators,  DBAs, etc
