length = (2x + 1)m \\ breadth = (x - 3)m \\ area \: of \: rectangle = length \:  \times breadth \\  = (2x + 1) \times (x - 3)  \\  = 2x(x - 3) + 1(x - 3) \\  = 2 {x}^{2}  - 6x + x - 3 \\  = 2 {x}^{2}  - 5x - 3
