if 12 th term is 37

this means that. a+11d=37

d=3

a+11d=37

a+11×3=37

a=37-33

a=4

sum of 12 terms = n/2(a+l)

=12/2(4+37)

=6×41

=246

Answer:

S₁₂=246

a=4

Step-by-step explanation:

a₁₂ can be written as a+11d

therefore, a+11d=37

a+33=37

a=4

now S₁₂=n/2[2a+(n-1)d]

=12/2[2(4)+11*3]

=6[8+33]

=6*41

=246
