Given are three numbers. If the second and the
third numbers, respectively, are 25% and 50%
more than the first, then what percentage of the
second is the third?

Let third number is X.

Then first no = 25% of X = 25X/100

Second number = 50% of X = 50X/100

Percent of first no of second no,

= [(25X/100)/(50X/100)] * 100 = 42.5%
