Solution:

x -x - y = 4 x + y = 4  -x+y = 4 x - y = 4

Side length = 4√2

Area  = 4√2 * 4√2 = 32  sq units

Perimeter = 2(1 + 32)  = 66  unit

Perimeter = 2(2 + 16)  = 36 unit
