Tomato Dosa. Read them carefully and complete the

how this dosa is made.
Instructions:
1. Soak %%a cup of rice and /2 cup of urad dal in two separate
bowls for 3-4 hours.
2. Grind the dal and the rice with two teaspoonfuls of
coriander seeds in a mixer.
3. Add 3 chopped tomatoes and 3 dried red chillies to it and
grind again to form a smooth batter.
4. Transfer the batter to a large bowl and add salt to it
according to taste.
5. Keep it aside for 30-45 minutes.
6. Heat a tawa (hotplate) over medium flame.
7. Pour on it a ladleful of the batter and spread it outwards
using the ladle only.
8. Apply some oil around the edges and flip it to cook from both sides.
9. Once done, transfer to a serving plate and serve with coconut chutney
