b. Gold, silver and copper have highthermal conductivity. These materials are also good conductors ofelectricity. (This is because electrons are involved in both charge transfer and thermal energy transfer).

c. It means plastic is made up of many units. Plastics are polymers made up of a very large number of amide molecules joined end to end to form long chains. It is the characteristics of the amide molecules which makes plastics strong and durable.
