This defect is Hypermetropia.
In this defect human eyes could see distant objects distinctly but are unable to see nearby objects distinctly.

The defect given in the picture is known as the Hypermetropia.
In this type of defect the human eyes can see the distant objects properly but become unable to view the nearby objects properly.
It is also known as long-sightedness.
It can be developed in eyes which focus the images behind retina and results blurred vision.
Too short eye-ball can also be the reason of the problem.
