• For breakfast, I will take Idly, Dosai, vada, and milk.

Dosa contains high carbohydrates and low proteins. Approximately one does contain 2gms of protein and 17 gms of carbohydrates.

Idly contains 8gms of carbohydrate and 2gms of protein.

Vada contains 60% of fat, 7% protein.

Vegetable porial is a good source of minerals and vitamins. It is a good source of vitamins A and C.

• For dinner, I will take fish and millets.

100 g of fish contains nearly 30 g of protein.
