Shri K Raja Rao was born on 8 November, 1908.He was a writer and a renowned professor. Raja Rao had done a lot of notable works such as kantha pura in 1938 and Serpent and The rope in 1960.He was awarded with the second highest civilian award of India, Padma Vibhushan in 2007. Except these he also received Padma Bhushan in 1969 and Sahitya Academic Award in 1964. This eminent person left us in 2006.
