Given:

BEST is a parallelogram

It's diagonals BS and ET intersect O

OS = 5

ET is 6 more than BS

To find:

The value of ET

Solution:

We know → The diagonals of a parallelogram bisects each other.

So, we get

OB = OS = 5

∴ BS = OB + OB = 5 + 5 = 10

Also, ET is 6 more than BS, so the equation will be:

ET = BS + 6

on substituting BS = 10, we get

⇒ ET = 10 + 6

ET = 16

Thus, the value of ET is → 16.
