we know,

from dimensional analysis,

dimension of E = dimension of a = dimension of bF

so, dimension of a = dimension of E = [ML²T-²]

again, dimension of bF = dimension of E

or, dimension of b = dimension of E/dimension of F

= [ML²T-²]/[MLT-²]

= [L]

hence, dimension of a = [ML²T-²]

and dimension of b = [L]
