We know that sum of all angles of quad is 360

So

64 +(64-8)+5 (a+2)+2 (2a+7) = 360

64 + 56 + 5a + 10 + 4a +14 = 360

64 + 56 + 9a + 24 = 360

144+ 9 a = 360

9a = 360 - 144

a = 216/ 9

a = 24 Ans
