( \frac{1}{3} x - \frac{ {y}^{2} }{5} )(\frac{1}{3} x + \frac{ {y}^{2} }{5})

 = ( { \frac{1}{3}x })^{2} - ( { \frac{ {y}^{2} }{5} )}^{2}

 = \frac{ {x}^{2} }{9} - \frac{ {y}^{4} }{25}

Now, by substituting the values of x and y,

 = \frac{ ({ - 2})^{2} }{9} - \frac{ ({ - 1})^{4} }{25}

 = \frac{4}{9} - \frac{1}{25}

 = \frac{100 - 9}{225} \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: (taking \: L.C.M. \: as \: 225)

 = \frac{91}{225}
