Log x  /  Log y  =  3 / 2

2 Log x  = 3  log  y

Log x² = Log y³          =>  x²  =  y³

Log (x y ) = 5          =>  x y = 10⁵          assuming the base is 10.

             x²  y² = 10¹⁰ 
             y³ * y² = 10¹°
        so         y = 10²  = 100
       so          x =  10⁵ / y = 1000
