Two metals which can displace hydrogen from dilute acid are :-

Zinc and Iron.

Two metals which cannot do that are :-

Platinum and Gold

This is because Zinc and Iron are above hydrogen in the reactivity series, that is, they are more reactive than hydrogen. Hence, they displace it from dilute acids. However, platinum and gold are below it, hence they are generally unable to do so.

Reaction that follows :-

\sf Zn_{(s)} + 2HCl_{(aq)}\rightarrow ZnCl_2 + H_2

\sf Fe_{(s)} + 2HCl_{(aq)}\rightarrow FeCl_2 + H_2

Platinum and gold shows no reaction with them.
