Given,
A={1,2,3,4}

B = {1,2}

n (A) = 4

n( B) = 2

number of relations of A ×B= 2 ^ n ( A) × n( B)

=2^(4 ×2)

= 2^8.

n( A ×B) = 4 × 2=8.

R= A× B

Now, R = { (1,1) ,(1,2),(2,1),(2,2), (3,1),(3,2), (4,1), (4,2) }

GIVEN THAT

A=[1,2,3,4]

B=[1,2]

N(A)=4

N(B)=2

NUMBER OF RELATIONS OF A×B

= 2 POWER N(A)×N(B)

= 2 POWER 4 ×2

= 2 POWER 8

N(A×B)=4×2=8

R = A×B

THEN , R = [(1,1),(1,2),(2,1),(2,2),(3,1),(3,2),(4,1),(4,2) IS THE VALUE OF R
