if it is a unit vector then its magnitude must be equal to 1.
i.e under root of( 0.2^2 +0.6^2+a^2) =1
squaring both sides
0.04+0.36+a^2=1
a^2=1-0.40
a^2=0.60
taking sqare root both sides
a=root0.60
