  {169x}^{2} +  {49y}^{2} =  {(13x)}^{2} +  {(7y)}^{2}

 {(13x - 7y)}^{2} =  {(13x)}^{2} +  {(7y)}^{2}  - 2 \times 13x \times 7y

 {169x}^{2} +  {49y}^{2} = 36 + 364 = 400
