cos =  \sqrt{3 \div } 2

hupotenuse \:  = 2

base \:  =  \sqrt{3}

perpendicular \:  = 1

 {casec \: }^{2}  =   {(1 \div 2)}^{2}

 {casec}^{2} = 1 \div 4

 {sec }^{2}  =   { \sqrt{3 \div } 2}^{2}

 {sec \:  }^{2}  = 3 \div 4

according \:  to \: question

 \frac{1 - 3}{4}  \div  \frac{1 + 3}{4}

 \frac{ - 2}{4}  \times  \frac{4}{4}

 =  \frac{ - 1}{2}

Is the correct answer.
