From the formula for determining kinetic energy

\sf \implies \purple {E_{k} = \frac{(m - v {)}^{2} }{2}}

We Know That,

\sf \implies \blue{{v}^{2} = \frac{2 - E_{2}}{m}}

Then we get,

\sf\therefore \red{v = \sqrt{ \dfrac{2.E_{k} }{m} } = \sqrt{ \dfrac{2.100}{2}} = \sqrt{100} = 10 \: [m/s]}

Answer:-

✏ From the formula of determining kinetic energy.

Ek = m-v^2

2

we write,

v^2 = 2.Ek

m

Then we get,

v = √2.Ek = √2.100 = √100

m 2

Result :-

= 10 [m/s]
